bronco leaf?

ok i have a trip planned for this weekend and my stock leafs are in not so great shape. i plan to 4 link the rear in the next few weeks therefore i do not want to buy new spring pack so i am thinking of yanking the leafs off my bronco busting the spring pack apart and adding 1 maybe leafs to my stock pack. is there any reason this wont work for 1 trip?

It should work if the bronco has the same width springs and the length is right. What is your objective, getting a little lift or strengthening your pack?

I read on here that you can take the entire pack off a bronco II cut the the ends off the top leaf and put it below your main leaf. (get rid of your entire leaf pack except top leaf) and you will then have 3.5" of lift.

Haven't done it my self but, plan to try it soon.

that may be easier and i need easier for sure. deadline is drawing near and still have to get the rearend done,painted,vinyled,rear leafs fixed,bumper finished and mounted, and new shocks
