relocated track bar?

i just installed my re 3.5 sf kit, and didn't get a track bar, i didn't really like the idea, but i redrilled/located a new trackbar hole, i would of ordered one if i would of known, but i didn't know it was a good idea to get it. how secure is this? it's my daily so i needed my jeep.

even though i have a 3.5 lift, will the re hd 1660/1665 and track bar brace set up work for a small lift? who has the best deal as i would like to order this asap.

I was thinking about ordering the track bar brace setup as well but I've driven on the redrilled track bar hole for over a year. It'll hold up fine.

I did go offroad with it (mostly mud and trail riding) and it held up fine. I think it only loosened up on me like once.

It actually says in the RE kit when installing the new kit to drill a new hole about 1" further in, so should be ok. That's what I've done and had no problems (my everyday car too)

So for 3.5" lift, 1" further in center to center is about right?

There is a far better way than just saying 3/4" or a 1". You will not be exact that way at all and will be different between each lift. Follow my write up here is you want to do it properly.
