RE 4.5" TJ coils on an XJ; yes or no?

Hi, I ordered a set of RE1310 4.5" Coil springs from Quadratec, BUT they shipped RE1355 4.5" TJ coils instead. RE said the TJ coils will be a .5" shorter than the XJ coils and have a firmer spring rate. Anyone have experience with this situation? Search wasn't helpful. Thanks. -B

I am running RE 4.5" TJ coils on mine and have noticed no ride difference from my RE 3.5" XJ coils i used to run. When i talked to RE about it they told me there was no real difference between the 2 (so i am suprised to hear they told you there is a difference). Anyway, they are working great for me, am am however running a spacer to compensate for my bumper and winch and to level the front off with the back.

Great! thanks for the info, i have ACOS so i'll be good to go then. RE said the TJ coils are better if running a heavy bumper and winch. -B
