Engine Swap (Small Problem)

We are in the middle of swapping the motor of out my jeep with one that came from a 1997 automatic zj. I have a manual from 1991. My pilot bearing is way smaller OD than the 1997 OD.

Any suggestions?

I once heard an old CJ(w/v8) pilot bearing was supposed to work. I bought one for my auto to manual swap and it didnt fit in my 90 crank or on my 95 manual trans. There is a chance it would fit in a 97 crank and on a 91 trans though... I'll look for the year and model of the pilot bearing. Another option would be to have a machine shop make you a brass pilot bushing, I think that would work anyway. Search manual swaps on here and jeepforum
