Hi,

231 Transfer case, just installed teralow & tera2low. The tcase is a bit hot and noisy now. As I read it's normal, but just to be on a safe side, how do I make sure the oil pump is working ?

Mine stock one was always hot with normal ATF, once I replaced it with Mobil-1 ATF it cooled down alot from not able to touch it after a 60mi drive to just warm once the synthetic was in..

That's a good advice. But still, is there a way to check whether oil is pumped ?
