spark plug torque

Ditto. I've changed like nine different cars' spark plugs. You can feel them once they seat, then I go a little bit tighter. Really, if i had a wrench it would probably be 15lbs. Do not over-tighten! You could strip the threads in the head!

I usually use a small small dap of antisieze.

Use your non-dominant hand and pretend your a school girl, ok now tighten it down!

torgue is not as important with cast iron heads. i just snug them and then go just a tad farther. but on aluminum head engines you will need to torque them and use antisieze. mike
