valve question

I adjusted my valve and while running it w/no valve covers, I noticed #2 intake not compressing as much as the others.

It's a 3.4L V6 (Chevy High Performance) w/hydraulic lifters.

Hopefully, it's not the cam. I put in a new one with new lifters in May.

I double checked the adjustment.

Rocker arm is good. Guess I need to pull the intake manifold and check the cam and lifter.
