92 lifted xj help

I found a 92 lifted xj. I was wondering what anyone thought about it

4.0 L
4.5" lift
33 swampers they are down to slicks.
the fenders were trimmed and are destroyed
the back quarters were trimmed and also destroyed
floor is rhynolined
the hatchdoor is missing all of the interior parts
the side mirrors are gone.
the underneath seems to have taken a hell of a beating by the crossmember and rocker panels.
The kid said he wants 1400 or best offer.
I was thinkin of offering him about 700.
does anyone think I should go much higher than that. I just want to rip the lift and rear out and put it on my xj now.

I wouldn't buy somebody else's ragged out Jeep. Especially a kid who may not have checked the oil etc. etc. Pass on it.

not worth more that 700. Remember kids learn to 4wheel from TV commercials, not always a good teacher. Also what problems does the current lift have? give him enough to get what you want and part out anything left to get your money back.:conceited
