Swapped in the 99+ auto shifter in my 96 now the key wont come out of the ignition!

It goes into park and shifts fine but my key wont turn all the way back from the "On" ignition. It turns off but wont turn back to where you can pull it out.

Is it a Tumbler problem or a shifter problem? Thanks!

shifter linkage. Check the linkage that goes the the ignition.
