Throttle body spacers

I'm Bone stock with 3 Xj's...do the throttle body spacers really save mpg and give noticeable power?

I think it depends on the years of your XJ's. I think it helps a little with the older xj's but not for newer 99+. Do a search

I installed one years back and the only thing it did was to very slightly make the gas pedal more jumpy off the line. It also has been scraping the insulation on the underside of my hood since, causing a mess
