Control Arm help

I am a little unclear about what I should have for control arms. Currently I'm running a procomp 3" lift with 1.75 coil spacers (so roughly 4.5").The kit came with lower control arms apprx 3/4 in longer than stock. Its a bit of a rough ride in the front but not bad. My local parts guy recommended jks upper control arms to correct pinion angle and increase flex.Is this an alright setup?? Or should I be tossing the pro-comp lowers and running jks adjustables upper and lower?? Or maybe lca drop brackets and upper adjustables? I'm so lost:wierd:

Procomp arms suck, get RE Superflex uppers and lowers!
