Has anyone seen a spare tire carrier that attatches to the rear hitch ?

No and it can't be done either

IIRC Hidden Hitch sells what you're looking for but they recommend them for use up front.

Quadratec has one for sale for under $100. I won't use it. But thats my personal preference.

Yes I have. I didn't pay to much attention to it though to see what brand it was though. IMHO it would be to much of a PITA unless you can find one that swings open.
