I am getting a RE4.5" lift for xmas (paying more than my rents, dont whine) and i do not yet ahve an sye and ds or wheels. Should i wait until i get the money for the rest or go ahead and put it on now?

LIFT IT!

My lift came out to about 5 inches and all I had to do is drop the T-case an inch and I have absolutely no vibes!

I guess I need to get a t-case drop then. Arent they like 35 bucks from pricejacker? It would look goofy as hell with my 225's but I want my lift on!

the RE kit comes with one. I didn't bother, just went with the SYE, because a t-case drop is simply a bandaid. I rolled with 225's and a 4.5 lift too, when I put mine on. It didn't look tooooo bad.

kakirubi has the older model xj (95) which isnt as bad about the vibes he may not need a sye but you will 97 thru 2001 is really bad about vibes i have to get one with my three inch rustys lift causee i have a 2000.

It sucks cause i have to pay off an accident for now and i dont have the money for the sye/ds and wont for a while.

I went 4 weeks without one. I could have gone longer, but I was doing a 400 mile round trip, and didnt want to risk it.
