I have mine still on my 94 XJ. I have had it off a couple times and dont remember a bracket for the rear, but do remember the nut strip inside the frame. If I am wrong and there is a bracket, I will include that as well. I use this hook all the time and it has never waivered, so however it is mounted on mine is solid. Is this what you would want? If so, let me know as I will be removing it soon when I get rid of my skid plate and I can sell to you for $15 plus the ride. Let me know.
