anybody install gears?

anybody around the portland metro area know how to install gears and want to make some extra holiday cash.if you do or know somebody who does please pm me.i have a 93 xj with dana 30 in front and the chrysler 8.25 in the rear.want to go to 4.56 and maybe a lockright in the front.it's got 3.55 in it right now.thanks in advance for any help
