RV tow-bar strength on XJ

I have a RV towbar on the front of my xj from the previous owner. Does anyone know the strenthg of these things, as far as yanking out of holes and such. I was also going to weld a few plates on it for a winch and keep my stock bumper. Think this would be aight or do you think its a waste of time to keep it.

look at hw it mounts.
If it's using the stock bumper mounting locations it's not suitable for recovery.
