Front end alignment after lift

I have read abit about this on gojeep's page and on some other sites:

http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/Suspension_Steering_Axles_and_Brakes/Control_Arm_Chart.htm
http://go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoAlignment.htm

I have a 2.5" spacer installed, but it's only giving me like 1" of lift (against the 3.5-4" I have in the rear end), so I'll get rid of all this crap and install 3.5" springs, lower adjustable control arms and an adjustable trac-bar. This should get rid of my "absent lift" trouble. :D

Now my concern is that I'm experiencing alot of dead wobble, at about 50mph, specially when I hit something (bad streets are very common in my region).

If I'm not messed up, I should set my lower control arms to between 16 and 16 3/8" and leave the upper arms untouched. This way I could go one more inch up without having to change (or at least adjust) upper control arms.

Now having that said, this should leave my caster within specs if I properly adjust the control arm? And, I should not need any shims to properly adjust it, only the lenght of the control arms shuld do the job. And finally, should I check left and right caster or only base myself on the diff cover as many people recommend? And, if it should be tested left and right, what would you use as a reference?

Now, having this resolved, I also have an adjustable trackbar, after installing it, should I consider a 1" drop pitman arm?

Regards
