94 XJ non-tilt steering column plastic removal?

Dutifully did a search but everyone's got tilt.

Got broken into and the would-be thieves chipped all the plastic away from around the turn signal stalk. I'd like to replace or repair this but the plastic seems to be "one" with the column. I've got the steering wheel off and I've looked everywhere but I can't find what's holding the plastic cover(s) onto the column. There are no deep holes with torx (or otherwise) screws, etc.

Any insight would be appreciated. I can probably do some plastic repair where everything sits but it's gonna take a lot more time and carefulness. I would prefer not to replace the whole steering column but let me know if that's the only viable option.

Thanks,
Rian
