Clunk in front end, only when wet.

Clunk occurs in the steering when turning mostly, but sometimes when spring compresses during normal driving. It feels like it is coming from the drivers side, like the track bar ball joint/mount. I am running a rusty's track bar (not hd) on 3.5" lift w/ 31's. Only occurs when wet, ie during rain or after a rinse of undercarriage. I've dealt with my clunks before, but this only when wet is weird.
 
Track bar mount on the axle side. The bolt hole on the mount has reemed itself out slightly because the stock mount is thin metal. Only clunks in the rain cause moisture seeps into the mount between the metal and rubber bushing which "lubricates" it so it slips. I'm guessing you probably feel the clunk under your left foot also.
