Fit of tires

Help!! I have read differant sizes but what size tires can I fit under my 91 laredo? I will lift it this winter 3-4 inches and put 31s
but for now help.

For now can I run 235/75/15 or 30x9.5x15 on stock til the lift

You can run 235s with no problem. I run 30x9.50s on a stock '88. They rub slightly on the lower control arms when the steering wheel is turned to full lock, but it's not a big deal.
