Tire Carrier Latch

Does anyone know of a good cam latch or latch system to use on a swing out tire carrier? I have Four Real Steels and the screw in T-handle knob is driven me nuts. I saw Protofabs but you can't get a good look at it on their site.

I used one of these on my carier.
