I have done all the trouble shooting I can so far. When I take off slow or going at slow speeds I have a growl from the front end and a little viberation. It also happend real bad when I am breaking to stop. Any ideas.

Here is what I did so far. Pulled the cover off gears are fine. pulled the shift fork off (wired engaged long story) no problems there. pulled the front driveshaft and found one bad u-joint with the ds off got rid of most of my vibes at highway speeds. Still got the growl at slow speeds.
Thanks

Sounds like bearings. Jack up the front and test play in each wheel. Good luck.

not sure if you have done this but check for play in your axle u-joints.

u-joints are good.

Have you considered it may be your tire tread making the noise?
I know mine vibrates like hell at ~5 mph.
