would the 2.5" JJ w/ 1" stud work for the subframe side of my radius arms??? strong enough? or should I weld them or superflex joints straight to the tube??? opinions?
I think that stud would bend if you make a habit of dropping on rocks (also depends on how much stickout you have). It will be plenty strong though for the torque loads though.
What I don't like about having the studs pre-welded on is that they're too short. I prefer to have more thread contact in this situation.
More room for adjustment and stronger.
The other advantage of DIY is that you can use right and left hand threads.
Few things better than being able to adjust the arms without removing them.
