HELP deperately need 96-newer 4.0L in good running condition

just as title reads, I've got to replace my 4.0L H.O.and need to find donor. I'm looking for a fairly low mile 96 & newer engine. of if anyone knows where I can get a reman unit for a decent price... Please help. this vechicle is my DD, and I need to get it back on the road A.S.A.P.
