when i put my 2001 jeep cherokee in reverse and start to back up., i get a little gear , grab noise, and if i go to drive i get a bigger gear grab noise?
doesn't do it all the time, just when you change from reverse to drive and back . not really changing that fast but when you have just left the other gear.? not sure of the cause of the trouble.
does anyone know what could be causing this or is this going to get worse?
so far drives great and doesn't seem to have transmition or gear problems during a normal drive .
but if in the driveway and back up about 10 feet and brake then put in drive i get the bang grab sound.
any ideals
