torque specs and anti seize

I am changing my tranny filter and fluid changes on diffs and tranny.
Do i need to put antiseize on the bolts when i put them back on ?
or are they ok just plan

and does anyone know the torque / lbs for the bolts to be tightened to on the tranny and diffs and oil

i bought the red tube rtv is that the good stuff!

Tranny pan--10 ft lbs,
Axle cover-- about the same,don,t need the anti-sieze on either.
I use the Ultra Black RTV,but red is OK.
