wierd noise

i just put about 3 to 4 inches of lift on my jeep. WEll i decided to take it out for a test run tonight, and i hear a squealing/ high pitched groaning noice coming from the front passenger side. I didnt mess with anything but he suspension when working on it, and i cant even begin to guess what it is. If any one can help id really appreciate it. Thanks

ok wow, so i figured out what it was, it was just that the shield around the brakes had been bent in and was rubbing on the rotors. Never mind me.
