Northeast MD, SE PA trails

I was wondering if anyone had any info on a couple of local trails..

Trails Rd, Delta PA: Where is it???

Quad Ave, Baltimore, MD: Is it legal??? Does anyone know who owns the property?

Looking for trails/wheelin' sites that are not over 3 hours away from me, but I want to keep it legal. Anybody have any suggestions?

I know Roush and Paragon are a little over 3 hours from here, but I can't get up there that often and finding a good legal spot around here is like pulling teeth.

I live real close to delta,(craley PA) I think my buddy went up to trails road a few times last fall. Ill have to ask him and tell u if he did for sure or not. I normally just drive around and hit up some of the back roads around here.
