86 XJ switching to YJ lift springs

I am new to the XJ world, I just bought an 86 for 500.00. I have always messed around with YJ's and now want to try the XJ's out. I have ran across a few pics on the net of XJ's useing 4in lift springs for YJ's. I am looking for some info on the steering set up and what was used to convert the front over to leaf. Thank's for any help.

Thank's for the help, I had no idea what to search for, I tried yj springs, spring conversion and didn't gat anything. thank's again for the head's up.
