$350.00 FIRM. Cannot gaurantee (SP) brake condition, and would suggest replaceing axles seals.

Now confirmed...1987 D-44 3.54gears, open diff, looks good, gear oil was clean. No nicks, burns, or teeth dmg of any kind. Brakes at 50%, seals do not apepar to be leaking. Housing is clean.
