Annoying noise

When I lifted my jeep a couple of months ago, I started to hear a grinding noise when i left off the gas pedal. It feels like it is right under my foot and is louder when i let off at a higher speed. I have a 96' XJ Classic, with a RE 4.5 super flex, extended slip yoke. It has an auto tranny with the HO 4.0. I took off the rear diff cover and no sign of wear. Replaced both u-joints in the rear driveshaft. I took the front driveshaft off to see if that would help. I even adjusted my T-case linkage. So far nothing has worked. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
