No they don't only for the open carrier, for a traclock you have to use a No-slipMark WNC said:

Neither of the above. 3/4 or7/8 refers to the axle shaft dia. not the crossshaft.

That 3/4" or 7/8" is the cross shaft dia. I just don't know what determines it...I'm doing this a little backwards as I already have a 7/8 31 spline Lock-Right and want to make sure I get the right axle to match it...I think it may be a split in model year somewhere.
