vacuum line colors to engage 4wd

Can anyone tell me what color the vacuum lines are from the T-case to the front axle and the manifold that engages 4 wheel drive for a 1987 4.0?
What color engages, what color disengages and what color runs to the dash 4wd indicator light?

Green: From Transfer Case to Disconnector's port, closer to passenger's side tire. 2WD supply
Yellow: From Transfer Case to Disconnector's middle port. 4WD supply.
Black: From Disconnector's left port to 4WD light valve on right fender. 4WD light.
Blue: From Transfer Case to the right fender, ventilation only, with a black/black valve at the end.


But what color is the one that runs the suction from the manifold and where does that attach to at both ends?
