Front end Problems

I recently did a 4 wheel drive conversion and replaced the brakes and rotors because they were bad. The front end is from an 89 and my jeep is a 92. Is there a possibility that i bought the wrong rotors because when i tighten the rims down all the way they wont move at all, but if i loosen them they will spin freely. It appears to be rubbing on the hub. Do i have to buy new rotors so it wont rub or will wheel spacers work? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Rotor style changed after 89 so you will need to get everything from an 89 for it to work properly. It is possible the calipers are different as well.

It's the rotos pretty sure same thing happened to me, ended up ruining the rotors in the driveway, took them back to parts house, their fault finally gave me the right ones.
