Best power steering pump.........

for a 2000? The only one that PSC list's is for a TJ?

I Had a Red Head and it only lasted 2000 miles before it developed ~ 4 inches of play. I had ordered the box a year earlier and the day before I was going to fit it I ruptured the disc in my lower spine so the box sat on my garage shelf for about 14 months so my warranty was out and they didn't want to do anything for me except sell me a new one. I understand the warranty issue but the box should have done more than 2000 miles regardless.

Are you referring to PSC SP1205? If so, I've been running one for almost a year with a cooler and filter also. It works very nicely with 35s.

2000 XJs and TJs use the same pump and reservoir.
My PSC pump is ten years old and still works fine, unlike the three rebuilts, tried previously. The PSC big-bore box, also several years old and many miles old, is still tight.
Both are worth every penny.
