BDS Long Arm suspension on AX15

Greetings,

I was almost convinced that BDS is the best long arm kit for my xj and decided to move forward and purchase it; but I found that the cross member suits only automatc transmission.
I contacted BDS and they told me that some are modifying the cross member to suite with the AX15. Does anyone know anything about this issue?
Any other long arm kits you recommend?

No info on BDS, but Synergy MFG makes this long arm kit that uses your existing cross member. It doesn't matter if you have the auto or manual transmission. I've had mine for about three years without an issue.

I run the Synergy kit - awesome build quality, uses Currie Johnny Joints, can adjust the arms while on the vehicle, brackets are beef, etc.

And, because the OEM crossmember isn't anything special - I picked up an aftermarket (3/16", Rugged Ridge 12035.60) one to use. Very strong & can weld to it for belly skids/etc.

Do either of you have stiffeners on your rig ? Did it give you problems with the brackets ??

I put them on before stiffeners. It was as tight as a glove.
