91 Driver's door electric switch panel

Anyone know any trick to refurbishing them, replacing with something more modern or where I can find replacements that work? The plastic tabs aren't holding the switches to the front plate anymore and now neither of my right side windows go down from the drivers side. Seems every time I fix one thing with it, another thing breaks.

I've been thinking of moving the panel to the dash or center console and pulling the speaker out of the door so the only wires going into the door are for the door lock and power for the window. Any ideas on that are welcome too.

I had that problem, I just drilled holes and used zip ties to hold them in.

I'm doing that now but the silver tabs are falling off too and suddenly I can't roll the passenger front down but I can roll it up. Feels like I lost downward movement in the switch.

There's a few used master switches on eBay. I don't think there was a aftermarket supplier.

There should be a way to move it if you want. Just wires really.
It'll be a pain to relocate IMO.
