Rock krawler flex joints stuck in the arms

Trying to install a used rk 3 link gen 2 we bought a few years ago and never even though the joints may not come out but sure enough all 3 flex joints the jam nuts come off but we can't get the joints to spin. We were planning on just putting all new joints in the arms. Last attempt I tried at work was with my bench vice, pb blaster and a breaker bar for leverage trying to spin it but no luck. Think a torch will help or should we just look into making replacement control arms? We already welded the mounts to the frame stiffeners we are installing :/

Heat will certainly help

If the blue wrench fails you might drill a small hole in the arm to get some pb blaster on the inside. Then weld the hole back up when you're done.

flame wrench and smack the crap out of the joint a few time with the BFH.

liberally apply antiseize when you put the new joints in.

Make sure you are turning the right direction.
