1991 Xj clicking noise under drivers feet

I have a 91 Xj, I get a clicking noise under my feet at any or all speeds. The odd thing is that it doesnt do it at all times, and sometimes even when Im stopped at a light I still feel a rotational clicking lightly under my feet, towards the front end while im sitting there with my brake on. Sorry for the vague description.. any ideas whats causing this, its not a loud clunk or metal to metal sounds, just a subtle clicking/rubbing noise???? Thanks :cheers:

It has a 4.5 lift in the front and 3 in the rear on 33's

Sounds like a cracked flexplate. It is most noticeable under a light idle when hot or sitting in reverse. Check your flexplate for cracks around the bolts. I took mine out, just tapped the plate and the whole center fell out.
