clutch issues need help!!!!

My transmission was swapped out by previous owner to a ax 15 with external slave I have good clutch pressure but after ten min of driving it is very hard to go into gear and won't go into reverse at all any advise??:bawl:

Bad pressure plate?

Air in master or slave.

I guess I'd start out with bleeding the system with new fluid to make sure there is no air I'm the system.

Last time I had this issue, the pressure plate was worn out and since it came with a new clutch and release bearning it killed 3 birds with one stone.
