LED Taillights and Trailer Wiring

I bought the wiring harness from e-trailer, 119178KIT, and once i received it sans instructions I decided to go read the online information. It says that it cannot work with LED taillights. Since I have Farmer Matt's LED taillights I think I may be out of luck.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can make it work? The kit seems like it it pretty straight forward. Left sig/Right sig/stop/RED wire/ground>>>transformer box thing<<<4 pin connector

I wonder if it means LED tailllights on the trailer or the tow rig? You're making me wonder because I have an old trailer light adapter on my 90 and I'm putting LED lights on the trailer. :dunno:
