Which replacement bushings for upper rear shackles?

Looking for a good set of poly bushings to replace my 5" (eye to eye) RE rear shackle bushings. I've replaced front and lower leaf bushings, and am looking for the right size for the upper bushings. The RE bushings measure at 2 1/2" wide by 1 1/8" insertable diameter.

Neither Daystar nor Energy Suspension show part dimensions on their site. I have searched their sites and have sent them emails requesting dimensions of their bushings. I am hoping somebody can provide a part number for bushings that can be used in my shackles.
