New lift, 4.5 RE and rustys steering conversion?

Im an going to be ordering a new lift in the next day or two but I wanted to get some input. I have a 98 4.0 auto, 242. Ive narrowed the lift down to a 4.5 RE. I was going to go with a Rustys kit but after reading a few other threads I thought it would be better to go with an RE kit. My question is the Rustys steering conversion kit. Has anyone used it? or is there something better out there? Also with the 4.5 kit should I do a 1.5 drop pittman arm for better steering geometry?
