Rustys Track bar Bushing replacment for heim

I have the rustys track bar and bracket and the frame side bushing has worn out again. I would really like to replace the bushing and housing for it with a heim? Also considering the threaded part is usually where people have failure on the rustys. Has anyone swappped the frame end for a heim? What did you go with? I know I can take it apart and measure but if some one has done it, it would be nice to have the part ready to swap in.
