Anyone ever use nitrogen charged struts in place of the coils and shocks? How did they perform? Any insight you might have would be helpful, thanks Judd www.oristruts.com

This might be a bit late for a reply, but nitro shocks performed very poorly in the beginning. They have improved a lot since. Their initial performance was poor compared to coil-overs for lack of damping control, low load capacity and unloading characteristics. Some have overcome those problems--not all--and at a price in some cases. King has a great-performing Baja shock and so does Fox. ORI fixed the unloading problem last year and runs quite stable for a long travel shock. Most other nitros still need to be run with coils and limit straps.
