help

The cheap way find a bolt that just fits inside of the bearing, then pack the bearing with grease. Then lightly tap the bolt into the bearing. The grease "should" be forced behind the bearing thus moving it out. At least I heard this works never tried it though.

Once upon a time I did a few by soaking a paper towel in water and packing it in then used a hammer and tight fitting wooden dowel to hydraulic it out.

Just rent a puller from the auto parts store.
