swapping NP231 to NP247 - feasable?

First : I have a stock XJ 97 Sport 4,0L with manual AX15 and NP231J.
Second: Have this swapping adea.:idea: (NP231-> NP247). I'm a lazy driver and wonder if this is a bolt on swap.

On an AX-5, other than new Linkage and new Drive Shafts, it's a Bolt In more or less.

I'm not sure about an AX-15 though. Sorry.
