Custom front bumper (non-winch)
Cut & formed from 1/4" box steel
Mounting setup made from 3/16" steel and goes way back on the frame sides(basically a copy of the c-rok plates, both left & right sides)
additional bracing for the mounting strengthens the front crossmember and ties into the bumper
Two d-ring holes made from 7/8" steel. they pass through the front of the bumper, are welded front & rear, and have reinforcement plates welded to them in the rear of the bumper as well
This bumper is about as bulletproof as you can get, with the highest clearance possible on the sides, and a good approach angle.
Tucked in to the body nicely. Barely sticks out past the grill.
Needs to be cleaned up and re-painted (or you could powder-coat it).
