WTT New 35s for 33s

My roommate has a set of practically brand new 35x12.5R15s on his Jeep he wants to trade for 33s. 2 are BFG KM2s and the other 2 are Goodyear MT/Rs. They're mounted on stock aluminum wheels. He's looking for basically the same condition 33 MTs with or without wheels. Located in San Luis Obispo. Not sure if that's Sierra or SoCal so I'm posting in both
