Hey everyone. So I got word from a friend and I may be moving to Pennsylvania. I'm trying to start fresh. And I'd like a stock XJ as my daily reliable driver. So there are pictures all over the forum of my XJ. If you request more it shal be fulfilled.
I put a RC 3" lift on (full leaf) with 31" Trxus M/T's. Trimmed fenders. All plastics are off. no carpeting. push start (with key in on position).
She's been quite well to me and drives quite strong. Same results off the road. Changed oil every 3k miles. She's clocked at 270k miles.
Here is what she needs.
new exhaust header. (cracked from a broken motor mount)
front pinion seal (blew it getting myself unstuck in a whole)
longer trackarm
Problems I have recently encountered.
1. slight popping noise as I decelerate.
2. some odd electrical problem where as of last night I lost my radio, interior lights and cluster gauges.
3. When I push my start button the starter skips a little bit then starts.
I'm going to go over a lot of things on the Jeep today to see exactly what is going on. I'd also be interested in a 91+ MJ. Please let me know and ask any questions you have.
Thank you.
